DAY 01 - negambo

Upon arriving in Sri Lanka, an Infinity Lanka Representative will take you to a luxurious and comfortable vehicle and drive you to Negambo beach Hotel to Relax and unwind after your flight, preparing yourself for the adventures ahead.

You will be staying at Goldi Sands Hotel

Negombo is situated in west coast of Sri Lanka. The wide sandy beaches and the safe sea are the main attractions of Negombo. And it’s in close proximity to the Bandaranaike International Airport. A boat trip winding through the lush mangroves down the Dutch Canal or Muthurajawela Marsh will reward you with sightings of monitor lizards and flocks of migrant birds

DAY 02 - Dambulla & sigiriya

The next morning, you will embark on a 4-5-hour journey to the famous cultural triangle Explore the Dambulla Cave Temple & climb the lion rock of Sigiriya in the evening witness a sunset from the top of Sigriya rock. Once the hike is complete you will be transfered to Designated hotel for overnight stay.

Dambulla Cave Temple
Also known as the Golden Temple of Dambulla is a World Heritage Site in Sri Lanka, situated in the central part of the country is 72 Km north of Kandy. Dambulla is the largest and best-preserved cave temple complex in Sri Lanka. The rock towers 160 m over the surrounding plains. There are more than 80 documented caves in the surrounding area. Major attractions are spread over five caves, which contain statues and paintings. There is a total of 153 Buddha statues, three statues of Sri Lankan kings and four statues of gods and goddesses.

SIGIRIYA
Sigiriya is an ancient rock fortress located in the Matale District The name refers to a site of historical and archaeological significance that is dominated by a massive column of rock nearly 200 meters (660 ft) high. Sigiriya is treated as one of the most remarkable creations in the world, built by King Kashyapa (477-495 AD). Path through the gardens along Stone stairways come to the Lion Gate. Only the rock carving and the brick structure is evident today of the lion’s mouth through which millions of people have walked to admire the beauty of this magnificent citadel.The capital and the royal palace were abandoned after the king’s death. It was used as a Buddhist monastery until the 14th century. Sigiriya today is a UNESCO listed World Heritage Site. It is one of the best-preserved examples of ancient urban planning.

DAY 03 - kandy

The next morning you will begin early morning hike to the Pidurangala Rock adjacent to Sigiriya Rock and is the best viewing spot of Sigiriya Rock as it is only slightly lower. Pidurangala is a popular spot for sunrise as you can enjoy 360-degree views of not only the valleys but also Sigiriya Rock. Once the morning hike is complete you will start your journey to the hill capital of Sri Lanka (Kandy). Visit the Temple of the Tooth in Kandy where a sacred tooth relic of the Lord Buddha is preserved since 4th Century AD. In the evening you will be attending to cultural dance show which displays Sri Lanka arts, Dance and cultural heritage.

Pidurangala 
It is believed that the history of Pidurangala Vihara goes back beyond to the first and second century BC. From those days Pidurangala was used as a Buddhist monastery.

Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic
Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic or Sri Dalada Maligawa is a Buddhist temple located in the royal palace complex of the former Kingdom of Kandy, which houses the relic of the tooth of Buddha. Since ancient times, the relic has played an important role in local politics because it is believed that whoever holds the relic holds the governance of the country.

DAY 04 - nuwara eliya & ella

On day 04 you will head towards the Sri Lanka’s tea-growing highlands. On your way to Nuwara Eliya you will come across several water falls. Ramboda Falls is one visit we have scheduled for you. Along the way you can also visit a Tea Factory and taste some of the famous Ceylon Tea. From Nanu Oya, you will be taking a beautiful train journey to Ella known as one of the most scenic train trips in the world. Our driver will pick you at the Ella train station and transfer you to the hotel in Ella.

Nuwaraeliya
The ‘Little England’ of Sri Lanka, is set against beautiful backdrops of Mountains, Valleys, Waterfalls and Tea Plantations. It is supposed to be one of the coldest places on the island, but it is really just like an English spring day, although the temperature does drop at night. All around Nuwara Eliya you will see evidence of the British influence. Houses are like country cottages or Queen Ann style mansions.

Ramboda Falls
Ramboda Falls is 109m high and 11th highest waterfall in Sri Lanka and 729th highest waterfall in the world. It is situated in Pussellawa area, on the A5 highway at Ramboda Pass. It formed by Panna Oya which is a tributary of Kothmale Oya. Altitude of the falls is 945m above sea level. Tea Factory & Tea Plantation.

DAY 05 - Ella & udawalawa

Starting early morning you will begin the hike to little Adams peak. The trail begins with a moderate incline as it winds through tea plantations. For just a short hike, Little Adam’s Peak gives you unbelievable 360-degree views. One the hike is complete we will be heading to the Nine Arches Bridge, beautiful nine arches make it a very picturesque spot especially as it is located in a dense jungle and agricultural setting.

Once you complete the hike, then you will be transferred to Udawalawa for overnight stay. An evening jeep safari is optional.

You will be staying at Royal Reach Family Resort

Little Adam’s Peak
Views from the summit are incredible. 360 degrees panoramic views with clouds rolling in, is a treat to watch for any traveler. Hike itself is a worthy experience as you walk through lush green tea estates, talking to locals who are plucking and collecting tea leaves.

Nine Arch Bridge
The glorious Nine Arch Bridge between Ella and Demodara station is one of the engineering marvels in the early 20th century. This bridge, which is almost 100 years old, has been built with blocks of stone and cement without any strengthening iron or concrete. The giant arches take the bridge on a curved path to link to mountains. The Bridge was commissioned in 1921 under the British Government.

Udawalawe National Park
The national park was created to provide a sanctuary for wild animals displaced by the construction of the Udawalawe Reservoir on the Walawe River, The reserve covers 30,821 hectares (119.00 sq mi)  and lies on the boundary of Sabaragamuwa and Uva Provinces, in Sri Lanka

Udawalawe is an important habitat for Sri Lankan elephants, which are relatively hard to see in its open habitats with a herd of about 250 believed to be permanently resident and the park is also a good birdwatching site to endemic and rare migrants.

The Species recorded from the park include 94 plants, 21 fish, 12 amphibians, 33 reptiles, 184 birds (33 of which are migratory), and 43 mammals. Additionally, 135 species of butterflies are among the invertebrates found in Udawalawe

DAY 06 - galle

On day 6 you will be transferred to The Galle fort which is a world heritage site and the largest remaining fortress in Asia built by European occupiers. The fort is a big monument itself and there are Museums, Shops and beautiful churches within the fort’s walls. Once the Fort tour is complete, we will visit the Sea Turtle Conservation research Centre at Kosgoda, where the conservation and research helps saves sea turtles.

And this completes Day 6, you will be transferred to beruwela beach hotel for overnight stay.

You will be staying at Earl’s Reef

Galle Fort
Galle is a city on the southwest coast of Sri Lanka, the fortified old city founded by Portuguese colonists in the 16th century. Stone sea walls, expanded by the Dutch, encircle car-free streets with architecture reflecting Portuguese, Dutch and British rule. Notable buildings include the 18th-century Dutch Reformed Church. Galle Lighthouse stands on the fort’s southeast tip.

DAY 07 - Transfer to colombo for departure

This completes the Sri Lankan 07 days adventure tour and depending on the time of your flight you will be transferred to the airport directly from Bentota. 04 Hour’s drive.
