DAY 01 - Udawalawa
Udawalawe National Park
The national park was created to provide a sanctuary for wild animals displaced by the construction of the Udawalawe Reservoir on the Walawe River, The reserve covers 30,821 hectares (119.00 sq mi) and lies on the boundary of Sabaragamuwa and Uva Provinces, in Sri Lanka
Udawalawe is an important habitat for Sri Lankan elephants, which are relatively hard to see in its open habitats with a herd of about 250 believed to be permanently resident and the park is also a good birdwatching site to endemic and rare migrants.
The Species recorded from the park include 94 plants, 21 fish, 12 amphibians, 33 reptiles, 184 birds (33 of which are migratory), and 43 mammals. Additionally, 135 species of butterflies are among the invertebrates found in Udawalawe
Activities
- Meet Infinity Lanka representative at the Airport
- Transfer to Udawalawe approximately 6 hours
- Visit Udawalawe Elephant Transit Home which is set up to take care of orphaned elephant calves until they are independent and able enough to be released back to the wild
- Overnight stay at Udawalawe
DAY 02 - udawalawa & nuwara eliya
Nuwaraeliya
The ‘Little England’ of Sri Lanka, is set against beautiful backdrops of Mountains, Valleys, Waterfalls and Tea Plantations. It is supposed to be one of the coldest places on the island, but it is really just like an English spring day, although the temperature does drop at night. All around Nuwara Eliya you will see evidence of the British influence. Houses are like country cottages or Queen Ann style mansions

- Breakfast at the Hotel
- Morning Jeep safari at Udawalawe National Park to see Elephants, Bears and many verities of animals birds and reptiles.
- Transfer to Nuwaraeliya 6 hours’ drive approximately
- Visit Hakgala Botanical Gardenis believed to be the highest set botanical gardens in the world
- Overnight stay in Nuwara Eliya
DAY 03 - Horton plains
Horton Plains
Horton Plains is the coldest and windiest location in the country. At an altitude of 2,100 meters above sea level and spreads across over 3,169 hectares of the highest tableland this as declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2010.
Horton Plains, its surroundings, forests and the adjoining Peak Wilderness constitute Sri Lanka’s most important catchment area of almost all major rivers. The plains are also of outstanding scenic beauty and conservation importance, containing most of the habitats and endemic plants and animals representative of the country’s wet and Montane zones.
Horton Plains is spread over the southern ridge of the central highlands in between Nuwara Eliya and Haputale. On the southern edge of the Horton Plains at an altitude of 2140m is famous World’s End, an escarpment that fall sheer 900 meters.
The most frequent site of wildlife at Horton Plains are herds of Sambar Deer. Among the other mammals in the park are Strip-necked Mongoose, Long-tailed Giant Squirrel Wild Boar, the endemic Bear Monkey and Toque Monkey, Fishing cat, and Others.
Ramboda Falls
Ramboda Falls is 109m high and 11th highest waterfall in Sri Lanka and 729th highest waterfall in the world. It is situated in Pussellawa area, on the A5 highway at Ramboda Pass. It formed by Panna Oya which is a tributary of Kothmale Oya. Altitude of the falls is 945m above sea level. Tea Factory & Tea Plantation.

- Visit Horton plains national park during the 9.5 Km round trip visit the World’s End, a stunning escarpment that plunges 880m and Baker’s fall the round trip takes a leisurely three hours
- Transfer to Kandy and en route visit Tea Factory Tea Gardens and Ramboda water falls
- Overnight stay at Kandy
DAY 04 - kandy
Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic
Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic or Sri Dalada Maligawa is a Buddhist temple located in the royal palace complex of the former Kingdom of Kandy, which houses the relic of the tooth of Buddha. Since ancient times, the relic has played an important role in local politics because it is believed that whoever holds the relic holds the governance of the country.
City Tour Kandy
Today Kandy offers its visitors rich collection of art and craft and historical buildings. It includes a collection of ancient temples buildings, handicrafts, souvenirs, bazaar and gem museum. Witness a cultural show in the evening with Kandyan dance encompasses various dance forms native to the central hills region in Sri Lanka today it has been widespread to other parts of the country.

- Visit Temple of Tooth Relic in Kandy where Lord Buddha’s Tooth relic is housed, the most venerated city of Sri Lanka
- Kandy City Tour (Places to visit Kandy town and bazaar, the arts and crafts center and a gem museum and lapidary. Gem Museum / Gem Mining / Gem cutting centers)
